What to put in it
Three lines is enough. The second one is the real test, and most people find out something useful about their own idea while writing it.

- One specific thing you want to exist. Not a category. “A bot that posts my section's timetable”, not “something with AI”.
- 02Who uses it
- Name one person or one group who would open it this week. If you cannot, the idea is not ready and that is useful to know now.
- 03Where you are
- Campus or city, so builds can be scoped to what people around you would actually use. Optional, and skipping it costs you nothing.
What happens next
- You get a reply from a person, not a sequence.
- If the thing fits the bar, it gets scoped as a build and you get told when.
- If it does not fit, you get told why, and which of the five first builds is closest.
- Nothing gets sold to you, because there is nothing for sale.
When the form ships
A hosted form will replace this page's instructions. When it does, it will ask for a name, what you want to build, your campus and a phone number, and it will be processed by a third party we will name here before the first submission.
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies the moment any of that is collected. The privacy page changes in the same commit as the form, never after it, and the position on under-18 submissions gets stated there before the field exists rather than once somebody has already filled it in.
